Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and DOSAYGO, a Wyoming corporation, 9450 SW Gemini Dr #44162, Beaverton, OR 97008-7105, USA (“DOSAYGO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and cover gripui.com, gripui downloads, documentation, and purchases. Your use of the gripui software is governed by the gripui End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If these Terms and the EULA conflict, the EULA governs.

1. Acceptance

By buying a subscription, you accept these Terms and the EULA. We ask you to confirm this at checkout and record the EULA version you accepted. If you act for an organization, you confirm you may bind it.

2. Plans

Plans, activation limits, and permitted uses are described in section 3 of the EULA and on the pricing page.

3. Payments, renewals, and refunds

Subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled. Renewal, cancellation, price-change notice, and refunds work as described in section 4 of the EULA. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping your billing information current. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Accurate information

Give us an email address you control and accurate billing information. Your license key and billing link are sent to that address.

5. Acceptable use

The acceptable-use rules in section 8 of the EULA also apply to gripui.com and our licensing service. You may not attack, overload, or probe our website or licensing service, or use them to evade plan limits.

6. Our website and materials

gripui.com, its content, and our names and logos belong to DOSAYGO or its licensors. You may link to our pages and quote them with attribution.

7. Changes and availability

We may change our website, downloads, pricing, and plans. Changes to a plan you have paid for apply as described in section 12 of the EULA. We do not guarantee that the website or licensing service is always available.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or end access to our website, downloads, or licensing service as described in section 14 of the EULA.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The disclaimer, limitation of liability, and consumer provisions in sections 15, 16, and 18 of the EULA apply to these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes are handled as described in section 19 of the EULA.
