Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information DOSAYGO, a Wyoming corporation, 9450 SW Gemini Dr #44162, Beaverton, OR 97008-7105, USA
(“DOSAYGO”, “we”, “us”, or
“our”) receives when you use gripui, gripui.com, our
licensing service, and billing, and how we use it.
1. What gripui does not send us
gripui runs on your machine. It does not send us your browsing, the pages you operate, cookies, credentials, screenshots, transcripts, prompts, model outputs, or other content. We do not use your browser activity for training, analytics, advertising, or sale.
2. Content you send elsewhere
When you direct gripui to send content to other services, such as AI agents or model providers, or remote browsers or BrowserBox sessions, that service receives it under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours. gripui opens issue reports as a pre-filled GitHub page for you to review; once you submit one to our public issue tracker, both GitHub and DOSAYGO receive it, and it is public.
3. Information we receive
- Purchase and license information: your email address, plan, license status and dates, the EULA version and checkout statements you accepted and when, and Stripe customer, subscription, and payment identifiers. Stripe processes your payment; we never receive your full card number.
- Activation information: your license key on activation; on each lease renewal (every 5 hours while you use browser commands), your license and activation identifiers, the activation token, a one-way hash derived from identifiers of your machine and user account, and the
gripuiversion. The hash lets us recognize the same machine, so we treat it as information about your machine, not as anonymous. - Abuse-prevention records: the time of activations and renewals, stored with keyed one-way hashes of the network address and machine hash they came from, rather than the raw values.
- Update checks: the installed
gripuiwrapper asks gripui.com for the latest version number at most once a day, and downloads updates when you update. These are ordinary web requests. - Website and service logs: our hosting provider processes standard request information such as IP address, user agent, and time to serve and protect the website. gripui.com does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
- Messages you send us: the email and anything you attach.
4. How we use it
To deliver license keys and receipts, run licensing and billing, prevent fraud and copied activations, answer your messages, send notices about your subscription (such as renewal, price changes, and material changes to the EULA), and meet legal obligations.
5. Service providers
We use Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and the licensing service and its database, and Mailjet to send license emails. They process information for us under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We keep purchase, license, and activation records for as long as the license exists and afterwards as long as needed for billing records, tax and legal obligations, disputes, and fraud prevention. You can free an activation at any time with gripui license deactivate. Everything gripui stores locally stays on your machine under your control.
7. Security
We protect information with reasonable technical and organizational measures. No system is perfectly secure. Do not send us passwords, keys, or tokens.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information where applicable law provides that right. We may keep information we need for billing, legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
9. Children
gripui is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We will post updates here with a new date, and email subscribers about material changes.
