No browser telemetry
We never receive your pages, addresses, cookies, passwords, screenshots or transcripts. gripui contacts us only to check your licence, for billing and support, and to prevent abuse.

Fair questions.
Do I need to be a programmer?
No, but you do need to be comfortable pasting a command into a terminal, and you need an AI agent such as Claude Code to pair with. gripui gives that agent a browser. If you already talk to an agent in your terminal, you are most of the way there.
Can it see my passwords?
It is built so it does not need to. When a page asks for a password, a code or card details, the agent stops and hands the browser to you. You type it; it never does. Nothing from your browser is sent to us either way.
Is this a browser extension?
No. It is a small program that drives a normal copy of Chrome or Firefox on your computer. Nothing is added to your everyday browser.
What happens when it hits a CAPTCHA?
It stops and asks you. gripui does not try to get around a website's checks. You solve it in the same window, hand the wheel back, and it carries on.
Will it work on any website?
It works with the web as it is, reading each page the way assistive technology does, so it does not need a site's cooperation. Some sites are harder than others, and that is exactly when the two of you work better than either alone.
What if it clicks the wrong thing?
You are watching, and you can take over at any moment. For anything that spends money or cannot be undone, the final click is yours by design.
